"Even though they're advertised as having three angles and positions, there is actually a fourth that is very useful if you set your laptop into clamshell mode and have it plugged into an external monitor. This is when you place the large feet at the front and the small feet at the back. You still get the necessary clearance from your desk, but it also gives me much better access to my DVD drive than trying to slide it in when it is angled towards the desk or when it is flat against the desk. Great product, and all the complaints about the bag...really? "Thanks for making Cool Feet. It really helps reducing the strain on my wrist when typing on my Macbook pro Unibody and not leaving lines on my wrist because of the sharp edge of the Macbook pro unibody.

As for better cooling, I am not seeing a dramatic change in my normal operating temperature. I guess it helps to keep the laptop a little bit cooler. It maybe just because it's a Macbook Pro Unibody, this laptop usually isn't so hot anyway. I bought cool feet mainly for putting my laptop in more comfortable typing position.

I'd love to see a better bag to carry cool feet when on the move. The one that came with Cool Feet looks horrible (RED!) and feels very cheap. Maybe a leather one in the future? or like a plastic hard case?"

"I just got these in the post, needless to say easy to set-up! I INSTANTLY found the new typing position when using all 4 of the feet a perfect fit, oh, just perfect. prrrr

I don't think the bag that came with them is that good, too cheap, should not include one in my opinion - it cheapens the product. I will use my own. I would have liked to have seen recycle information included regarding the plastic type of the packing and the box itself is plastic coated (no no for recycling). But that could be changed. Also the plastic casing was difficult to prise apart.
